The first time you post on this site, it can be confusing: WordPress likes to try to get you to create an account and enter your contact info, but none of that is necessary (or desirable!). Just follow these simple steps:
Step 1. In a comments section, under “leave a reply,” select “enter your comment here…”
Step 2. You will see a display that reads, “Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in,” with columns to fill out below. Leave the email section blank. Under “name”, please include your first and last name — or, if you prefer, your first name and the first initial of your last name — and, after your name, in the same column, please note the START TIME of your section. (This semester, start times are either 5:30 or 7.)
Step 3. Go back to the box under “leave a reply” and copy and paste your post. You can also type right in the box; however, I strongly recommend typing out your response elsewhere and then pasting it onto this website, so that, in the event of a website glitch, you have a copy of your work saved elsewhere and you don’t lose anything. Glitches don’t happen often, but they are possible.
Again, you do NOT need to include your email address, and you do not need a WordPress account in order to post (in fact, you should not include your email, for privacy’s sake).
To further reduce confusion, here’s a picture of what you can expect to see:
